Cancellation policy

Subscribe & Save 25%

The subscription option supplies one 60 ml bottle every eight weeks. The displayed subscription price is 25% below the current one-time single-bottle price. It is a recurring purchase: the price, delivery frequency and any shipping or taxes shown at checkout apply to your subscription.

The three-bottle Buy 2, Get 1 FREE pack and five-bottle Buy 3, Get 2 FREE pack are one-time purchases. They are not included in this single-bottle subscription offer.

Manage your subscription

Use Manage subscription in the site menu and sign in to your customer account to review the next order, pause, skip or cancel. Make changes before the next scheduled renewal is processed. Check the confirmation in your account to ensure your change has been saved.

Cancellation and orders already processed

Cancelling stops future subscription renewals. An order that has already been charged or dispatched is not automatically cancelled or refunded by cancelling the subscription. Contact us promptly if you need help with a processed order, and consult the Refund Policy for applicable return and statutory withdrawal rights.
