Delivery destinations and charges

The available delivery destinations, shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout for your address. Review these before confirming your order. We do not advertise a fixed worldwide shipping price or a universal delivery time.

Order updates

Your order confirmation contains your order details. When tracking is available for a processed shipment, you can find it in your customer account through Track order or in the shipping notification. A tracking update does not by itself guarantee a particular arrival date.

Address changes and delivery issues

Check your address carefully before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us promptly with your order number. Changes depend on the order’s fulfilment stage and cannot be guaranteed after dispatch. Contact us if a parcel is delayed, damaged or marked delivered but has not arrived so we can help investigate with the relevant carrier.

Product care on receipt

aübe Lymphatic Drainage Drops are supplied in 60 ml bottles. Refrigeration is required: refrigerate your bottles on receipt and follow the storage directions on the product label. No special temperature-controlled delivery service is advertised unless expressly stated for the chosen shipping option.
