Refund policy

Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide the appropriate return instructions and address. The contact address below is not a return authorization.

Withdrawal rights

If your order is covered by EU or other applicable statutory withdrawal rights, you may notify us of your decision to withdraw within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, email us a clear statement identifying your order. Where required by applicable law, you then have a further 14 days to send the goods back after notifying us.

For eligible statutory withdrawals, we refund the payments covered by law, including the standard outward delivery cost where required. Any additional cost for a delivery option more expensive than standard delivery is not included. You are responsible for the direct return shipping cost unless the product is faulty, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.

Product condition

Keep the original packaging and follow the product’s storage directions. You may be responsible for a reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. A statutory exception for sealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons may apply after unsealing, only where the legal conditions for that exception are met.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Email us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos of the item and packaging can help us assess the problem. Your statutory rights for faulty or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. For a statutory withdrawal, the applicable legal refund deadline applies; where permitted by law, we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that they have been returned. Your payment provider may need additional time to display the credit.

Subscriptions

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals according to the Cancellation Policy. It does not automatically refund an order that has already been charged or dispatched. Any applicable withdrawal and product-conformity rights still apply.
